How to pay your invoice

IF YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY A THIRD PARTY DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY IN RESPECT OF YOUR UNPAID INVOICE WITH US, YOU SHOULD DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THEM.

 

WE ARE UNABLE TO WAIVE THEIR COLLECTION FEES. AS PER OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THEIR FEES.

Only email us after you haven't been able to pay online, have attempted with multiple browsers to make payment and still cannot make a bank transfer.

1. Bank Transfer

Pay your invoice via bank transfer quoting your 'invoice number' as a reference for the payment. Otherwise we may not be able to allocate or identify your payment.

If you signed up on or before the 28/02/2022 we charge 42% including VAT on the compensation you receive, for new clients who signed up on or after the 01/03/2022 we charge a maximum of 36% including VAT which is on a banded fee structure so you pay less as a % the more compensation you receive for our fees (see the terms and conditions we emailed you for more information on our fee structure). You do not have to enter in to a contract with us. You can make a claim yourself to the company or to the compensation scheme (if the company is no longer trading) and you could refer the claim to the financial ombudsman service if you are not happy with the lender’s response all without incurring our fee.
